The previous Issue #11, Vindication (Part 2) ended with quoting Dell and Betty’s 2020 Moon River Estates Community FB posts. I’ll now address their erroneous thinking, public false accusations, misinformation, slander, and defamation.
I will also permit the Bensons and others to comment here (as Dell has) in this Moon River Monocle Issue, unlike when I was denied the privilege and right at the MRE Community FB page to respond to them.
At present, things are not going well for the Bensons, no different than it has been for anyone else refusing to reason. And they’ve dug in their heels, denouncing me as a false believer in God, telling lies, and falsely accusing me publicly. They condemned me publicly, and now, I respond publicly, not to condemn them, but to set the record straight and to declare who Jesus Christ truly is.
Dell Benson Well Victor, you claim to be a proponent of truth and Justice and bringing the truth to light then how do you explain your actions when my wife Betty came over to your house to visit you and your wife and was attacked with verbal assaults and shouting by you when she mentioned that she has had an operation for breast cancer and was praying to God to be healed.
Dell, Betty was not attacked, there were no “verbal assaults” or shouting. Can you tell me why I would do such a thing? Think! She didn’t come attacking me or provoking a conflict. There was no logical, justifiable, or identifiable reason for a fleshly tussle. I don’t even think I was speaking that loudly. I certainly wasn’t hateful in any way.
I tried my best to explain to you when you came charging out of your house after Betty apparently worked you up with her tears of self-pity. You and Betty utterly refused to listen.
And I don’t recall you asking me to explain my alleged conduct when we were face to face, speaking across the unmarked boundary dividing our properties. You came bellowing in rage and Betty followed and joined you. Both of you falsely accused me of bullying, lying, condemning, and attempting to make merchandise of you in Betty’s serious trouble.
It was only your wife’s report that you believed and ran with it. Only one witness and no evidence. God calls for 2 or 3 witnesses.
We wanted to help Betty, but her position was a firm, “Oh, I don’t need your help, I have faith (words to that effect)!” I don’t know what her emotional reaction was all about. I think she didn’t believe us and just expected pity and sympathy and didn’t get it. She got something far better, the Truth, for her benefit. She didn’t believe and it seems she took our well-intentioned reply as an assault.
I can relate much of the conversation we had when you weren’t there, and I will, given the time and opportunity. It is so wicked of you two to accuse willing helpers with good will as you have. And when I tried to explain, both of you interrupted, railed, shouted over me, called me a liar, falsely accused me, and blasphemed. I couldn’t do anything but fall silent.
Finally, I said, “I have nothing more to say. I’m done.” And I was and walked away. So now you publicly demand an explanation? I perceived there was no reasoning with you then, and as you pass by our home, you turn the other way or scowl, despising me after all this time, believing all along the crap you’ve so vilely and viciously accused me of.
My prime contention here is that Betty portrays Jesus Christ falsely and takes on herself His Name in vain. How would I know that unless I knew Him? I can’t let that happen without speaking up in His Name and for His sake.
Dell and Betty, your accusations make no sense, destroy possibilities of reconciliation, and only usher in death and hell for yourselves. I know how these things work. Why not choose life? Why suspect me of evil? On what basis? What evidence do you have besides Betty’s false and vindictive report?
Marilyn and I came as friends speaking the truth and offering hope, and Betty hurled it all in our faces. And you blame and slander me publicly in my community and beyond? Well, I’ve decided I’m not taking it anymore, not from you, not from anyone here or anywhere else, but especially not here.
Have you told everyone how you called the police on me? For what offense? Corporal Kevin Kasperski visited us, and at the very outset of his visit, he was conciliatory, and assured us there was no trouble, but was obligated to answer a complaint. He didn’t even tell us what the charge was supposed to be, though I asked more than once.
We had a satisfying conversation. I kept forgetting and asking his first name, so I tried a mind trick to help me remember. I called him, “Kevin, the leaven from Heaven.” I truly did see him as a faithful messenger from God doing his job.
Did you make a charge, Dell and Betty? You had no reason for one, yet you chance to defile our image and reputation by the mere appearance of police at our door. Who cares, huh?! “He hollered at my wife, in his yard while she was only nice to him?” How does that work? Is there such a law on the books? Spoiled, selfish brats, both of you.
And in the Name of Jesus, yet? Your wife insists she’s a “Christian” and you, Dell, she likens to a “baby Christian.” Really! How are we not vindicated by the Truth? There are two Jesuses at war here. I have no doubt which one is in authority and will overcome in the end. Truth always wins in the end. He is the Truth.
You repeatedly shouted at me that you were a man of violence. Is that a threat? It’s certainly not a promise, peaceful observation, or reasonable proposal, is it?
And who were you to exercise your violence on? Should I take a wild guess? You said something about wrapping my guitar around my neck. What, as a garland to recognize a Christian musician and favored neighbor? To see if you could make music that way? Aren’t you the violent and evil one, just as you’ve claimed?
Betty, is that what your Christian version does and supports? Surely.
Dell, God destroyed the earth by flood because of, guess what? Violence! And you are proud of being a violent man and threatening violence against me?
Genesis 6:11-13:
“The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.
“And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.
“And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before Me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.”
Who are you to judge what I am or who God is? What do you know and where did you learn it? Answer for yourself. I see that you signal virtue but are utterly bereft of it.
You say Betty was praying to God. Billions of people the world over “pray to God,” and where do they get? Nowhere. God doesn’t hear them unless those prayers meet certain criteria.
James 4:1-6 says:
“Where do you think all these appalling wars and quarrels come from? Do you think they just happen? Think again. They come about because you want your own way, and fight for it deep inside yourselves. You lust for what you don’t have and are willing to kill to get it. You want what isn’t yours and will risk violence to get your hands on it.
“You wouldn’t think of just asking God for it, would you? And why not? Because you know you’d be asking for what you have no right to. You’re spoiled children, each wanting your own way.
“You’re cheating on God. If all you want is your own way, flirting with the world every chance you get, you end up enemies of God and His way. And do you suppose God doesn’t care?” End quote.
Dell, you continue in your FB rant:
A true man of God like you claim to be or a prophet or whatever it is you think you are would never yell at a woman that was crying and scared and praying to the only God she knows. She came home and was in tears and told me the story and was visibly shaken.
Now, there’s the problem, Dell. She was “praying to the only God she knows.” If she’s praying to another Jesus, she’s sure to be disappointed. If she doesn’t believe the Scriptures, as we’ve testified and which she declared, then she is arrested by “another Jesus,” one the apostle Paul of the Scriptures mentions.
“For if he that comes preaches another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if you receive another spirit, which you have not received, or another gospel, which you have not accepted, you might well bear with him” (2 Corinthians 11:4 King James Version).
By the way, what do you know about what men of God do or don’t do? Prophets of God have been known to exercise the death penalty under God’s orders, direct parents and congregation to stone rebellious children to death, hew men to death by sword, and have believers slay at one time a small crowd of prophets of Baal to death. They have cursed people and those curses were effective to death. So, why demonstrate your ignorance to win favor with people? Is that the way to do it?
By God’s grace and no virtue of mine, being a real, born again, Biblical Christian, I’m not disturbed and “moved to tears” when shouted at or when told I’m not a real Christian. For over a half-century, I’ve had multitudes scream at me and tell me I’m a false prophet, fraud, liar, cult, a madman, even the Devil himself.
People in the Moon River community see and treat me that way, several secretly and some even openly. It’s not pleasant, but neither am I moved by it. Why not? Because I know in Whom I have believed, the Biblical Jesus, and He tells me this:
“Blessed are you, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for My sake.
“Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in Heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you” (Matthew 5:11-13 KJV).
No real, Bible-believing Christian breaks down when told they’re wrong or evil. They know the Truth. But those trusting a false Jesus fall apart because “their house is built on sinking sand and not on solid rock.” They can’t stand being told they’re wrong because they know they’re wrong. The truth scares, offends, and enrages them.
“Everyone then who hears these words of Mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock.
“And everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it” (Matthew 7:24-27 English Standard Version).
I knew Betty needed to submit to the Only Savior and Healer, the Lord Jesus Christ. She thought she was believing on Him, and I hoped to correct her for her good, and not for evil. Her Jesus was her mother’s Jesus, the false one preached in many established churches of the land, such as the United Church, her church, one of the most, if not the most faithless, watered-down churches in existence.
The United Church doesn’t believe the Bible. They don’t believe in the miracles declared in the Scriptures. They don’t believe in Jesus’ resurrection from the dead, the very foundation of the True Christian Church. Go figure! The United Church is a sham, a shameful, hypocritical substitute for worshipping God. That’s the origin of Betty’s “hope.” It’s her foundation. It won’t, cannot, work; quite the contrary. Its comforting, deceiving, ear-tickling lies kill.
But there’s no hope in any official church out there. The Real Lord Jesus Christ is mankind’s only hope. That’s what is at issue here.
By your own words, I do not doubt that you would soon stone me to death if permitted to do so under Canadian law, legally, socially, or otherwise. So would several others here at Moon River. You would very much enjoy “wrapping your [my] guitar around your [my] neck” because, as you say, you adamantly declare yourself to be a violent man. God sent prophets to warn such people.
Betty follows another Jesus, a lying one, referred to by Jesus as “the thief,” the “destroyer,” liar, and murderer. To the religious Jews, Jesus said:
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly” (John 10:10 ESV).
“You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies” (John 8:44 ESV).
Where do you suppose that following a fraud will lead one, if not to eventual disillusionment, disappointment, and death?
You go on:
Now I try hard to get along with everyone no matter their race or beliefs but I can tell you this Victor with 100% certainty, If Betty ever comes home again in tears because of you and your vile temper and you thinking your are justified in making a woman with cancer cry, then I can no longer be that peaceful man and I will come and confront you, and you had best be ready to justify what you have done and said and be ready to defend yourself because NOBODY makes my wife cry for no good reason and gets away with it.
Which is it, Dell? Are you “that peaceful man” or “a violent man”? Are you a peaceful man only when you aren’t confronted with the Truth? If so, and it is, you are not a peaceful man. If you aren’t a peaceful man when told the Truth, you’re a violent man, surely. You can’t have it both ways.
I let this slide once and once only, do it again and we go hand to hand battle I promise you !!!!
Dell, do you not know that your threats are illegal by law? You had no cause to call the police on me, yet you did. Don’t I have much more cause to call the police on you? Yet, I haven’t. Why are you so quick to proudly puff yourself up, boast, and utter threats? Where will brute strength ever prove or accomplish anything? Where have you learned to think like that? Why do you have that desperate need to prove to everyone that you’re a big boy, a hero, a “somebody”?
And Betty supports and agrees with all this. These are not the things of Heaven, of Christ, the things of the Lord of Heaven and Earth, but of Baal, known in the Bible as a major false god, a heroic entity. Baal worship is hero worship and hero worship is Baal worship. Baal is known as the substitute Jesus.
I’ll warrant Betty doesn’t know these things. Why? Because they’re in the Bible, the Precious Manual of Christians, the Testimony of Jesus Christ, and she’s not interested because her Jesus is not the Jesus of the Bible.
For Baal worship and the worship of Ashtoreth, otherwise known as “Ishtar” and “Easter,” God destroyed Israel as a nation by Rome and scattered it to the ends of the earth for nearly two millennia. The Jews have suffered horrendously for the sins they insisted on maintaining contrary to their prophets’ urgent warnings. God did not send them to warn for nothing. Death and Hell were on their way and God desired to spare them but they would have none of it. To them, the prophets were idiots. To you, I’m an idiot.
So, why the heroics, Dell? Where will they get you? What are you trying to prove? That a grizzly is stronger than a dog? How about tossing a coin? Will that satisfy you or can you only be pacified by showing everyone how tough you are?
You two prove yourselves by your words and ways to be steeped in hatred and bitterness, yet you try to justify yourselves and aggressively virtue signal.
I’ve come to give you life and hope, and the two of you have shit on me.
“And He [Jesus] said to them, “You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts. For what is exalted among men is an abomination in the sight of God” (Luke 16:15 English Standard Version).
